Abstract


Stegelouze,the American famous economist and Nobel Prize winner, has been confirmed that there are two most influence issues in the 21th century, one is the technology in America the other is the urbanization in China. In the process of industrialization and urbanization, the farmers are becoming resident in the city which broke the traditional dual structure. It has drawn the attention in promoting the integration of rural and urban. It is obvious that the urbanization is delaying the industrialization because of the slow transportation of the labor force in the rural area. There will be a great deal of society conflict with more surplus labors flooding into the cities.There are two different kind of productive forces and life style even culture in rural and urban areas because of the government policy, which create the insurmountable gap. The farmers are facing the changes in career, identity and social status, which is not only a economic but also a social problem. Promoting the labors ability in skills plays an important role in the urbanization.There are five chapters in the essay, including introduction, theory quotation, the contrasts between Chinese and western countries, the problems in Chinese and the improvement strategies.Chapter one is about the introduction of the paper including the structure, the research status in China and world, the research methods.Chapter two is the definition and the theory basis. Chapter three is the comparison with the developed counties, in particularly about UK, American and Japan.Chapter four will discuss the problems in China, which are illustrated by charts and statistics.In chapter five the author will come up with the solution to the above problems.
