Cover cracking of concrete structures is the main reason leading to the failure of the durability of concrete structures. Volume expansion of corrosion products, resulting in a protective layer of concrete in tension and cracking. Once the protective layer is completely cracking harmful media environment will direct invasion by Corrosive Cracks inside the concrete exposed to reinforced, greatly accelerated the corrosion of reinforced and further exacerbated by the extension of the crack, and even lead to spalling of the protective layer, seriously affect the durability of the concrete structure sex. Therefore, the study reinforcement corrosion cracking of concrete protection layer, the use of performance assessment of concrete structures and remaining life prediction has important significance. In this paper, the process of the concrete structure corroded and cracked the main line, a pilot study and theoretical analysis combined as a research tool, on Concrete Corrosion cracking process, the main research contents are as follows: (1) Considering the cracks in the concrete. The protective layer in different degrees of damage, as well as the impact of the corrosion products of the mechanical properties of the damage mechanics and elasticity theory to establish a computational model of the protective layer of concrete cover cracking process. Early in the steel corrosion, a protective layer smaller force, no crack generated the entire concrete protective layer as a resilient, using elasticity analyzed. Once the protective layer of concrete within the crack appears, the protective layer of concrete crack is divided into two areas: the cracking area and uncracked area. For the cracking zone, the introduction of the damage variable to consider concrete in different radii at different degrees of damage and damage mechanics analysis: As for the the uncracked area. Still use elasticity analysis. Based on the model. Rebar / concrete interface Expansion Force steel corrosion depth of cover cracking process variation analysis, and discuss the impact factors. (2) using electrochemical accelerated corrosion accelerated corrosion test. By sliced ??observations Determination of the amount of steel corrosion crack in the concrete protective layer and outer crack moment cylindrical reinforced concrete specimens were compared with the theoretical analysis model validation . And the use of scanning electron microscopy rebar / concrete interface reinforced oxidation product ingredients and Corrosive Cracks on the distribution of regional rust observed. (3) of the artificial climate accelerated deterioration two years concrete block slice RESEARCH Yan observed distribution of concrete the rust expansion cracks in rust, observing the ring of Corrosive Cracks in corresponding to different radial positions at the crack width and crack width of the concrete surface of the protective layer, thus analysis with rust growth rust filling and crack development process. protective layer of concrete surface cracks in the relationship of the total width of the steel corrosion rate, Corrosive Cracks carry out corrosion product development process model.
