Abstract
|
Electronic voting as traditional electronic voting , not only can save manpower and material resources , and convenience , flexibility and security , while ensuring justice in the interests of the voters and the voting results . Therefore , the electronic voting more and more welcomed to become the inevitable trend of development of the voting field . The study of the electronic voting has become a hot research topic for scientists . This paper first introduces the electronic voting course of development and application in various countries , as well as associated with the electronic voting cryptography basics , focusing on analysis of the two typical protocol . On this basis , the use of cryptography technology , designed both to meet the security requirements for electronic voting , electronic voting protocol that can run on the Internet , and implemented a prototype electronic voting . In this paper, the design of the electronic voting protocol based on homomorphic encryption , not only can the election of a single candidate can achieve multiple candidate elections , making the protocol more suitable for a realistic demand ; protocol using homomorphic encryption features ballot ciphertext form of transmission , to ensure that the electronic voting secret ; we also make use of the so - called \the agency 's voting agreement , the central institutions fraud can not happen ; the use of zero-knowledge proof protocol , so that all legitimate ballots to be counted in the final results of the use of digital signature technology ; agreement also makes illegal the data is not being received , but also to prevent repeat voting voters malicious . We are given the security of electronic voting protocol analysis . Electronic voting protocol design to meet the multiple safety features and precautions attacks may occur . Through electronic voting protocol security analysis shows that the protocol is safe . We have designed an electronic voting protocols and electronic voting system prototype in a real environment to verify the feasibility and correctness of the electronic voting protocol . The tests showed that the agreement is feasible .
