Abstract


In this paper, based on China's increasingly strict policies on the regulation context , trying to carry out a study on the development of mobile commerce in SP mode . Analysis of existing models and operational characteristics of China 's mobile business , the paper pointed out that the transformation of the core issues in the existing environment SP . This paper presents the the BBC mobile business model research ideas , focusing on the BBC's mobile business model and some valuable conclusions . This dissertation includes the following sections : First , China Telecom value-added industries increasingly stringent regulatory environment under SP survival based on proposed research ideas and the framework of the SP mobile business model . Second, in the analysis of the macro environment and micro environment need to focus on the SP SP enterprises on the basis of the value-added telecommunications services and management features of traditional classes , based on PEST analysis method proposed focus shift to the mobile business model from the traditional value-added business model . Third, the introduction of the concept of mobile commerce , its characteristics , and service model for mobile commerce , mobile commerce market overview description , you find all kinds of SP enterprise mobile commerce mode on innovation and business characteristics . For the classification of mobile business models , including the introduction of both B2B and B2C , as well as their respective business models and related patterns typical SP business . Fourth , the paper proposes a new the BBC mobile commerce mode , and a case of cooperation with the United States vulnerable Gold Linktone , the focus of analysis and, finally, some conclusions about the the BBC mobile commerce mode .
