Abstract


Landscape project in China since the reform and opening up , especially in recent decades , has been rapid development. More and more different types and different landscape projects . Design quality level of the main factors restricting the garden project success or failure . Theory of risk management in our country begin to apply to various industries , but overall theoretical level as well as the actual use is still to be improved . Landscape engineering , risk management of its use as a fledgling development industry is relatively small . Specifically for landscape engineering risk control theory and method is still blank . Ji'an, Jiangxi the Lishan Park design as an example , according to the theory of risk identification , survey and expert scoring method , after statistical analysis and survey of professional and technical personnel , the impact on the the Lishan park design in design quality risk factors identification and evaluation , to come to the the Lishan park that may exist in the design process risk source , and lay the foundation for the protection of the quality of design . The article also from the technical level and management level , analysis of landscape engineering design risk control point , the concept of risk control throughout the preparatory work of the design process as well as the latter part of the technical design stage .
