Abstract

With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the demanding volume of urban passenger transport growth rapidly, and the level of mobility rapidly increased. Light rail transit、subway and other new types of rail transit gradually replaced the part of conventional traffic. Rationality of urban passenger transport structure has become an important strategic issue of national economy、social development and environment.The analysis and evaluation of urban passenger transport structure is necessary for achieving urban transport development decision scientifically and improving urban transport development efficiency.Using indicator system and evaluating methods of urban passenger transport structure, evaluate state of the urban passenger transport development, and provide a basis for manage and decision. Through evaluating and comparison, we can identify gaps and weaknesses to adopt measures. The significance of passenger traffic structure evaluation is that: research on the adaptability of system and identify defects, keep the unrealistic decision away.At present, research on the urban passenger traffic structure all over the world, mainly concentrated in the way of traffic, and week in the study of the structure.Therefore, on the basis of reading related papers and summing up the previous literature, the paper conducted a comprehensive analysis on the city passenger traffic, and focused research on influencing factors、evaluation methods and indices, taken an example to use the theory, and hope to make some contributions to engineering practice.The paper has six chapters, the main content as follows:Chapter one, first the paper introduced the background of the study, and a review of research on Urban Passenger Transport Structure. Then, it introduced the content and the technical route of the thesis. Finally, it summarized the research results and shortcomings of logistics outsourcing cooperative fellowship.Chapter two, firstly summed up the city passenger transport constitutes according with there levant references, then presented the characteristics of different forms of transport. In addition, this chapter focuses on the urban structure of passenger traffic、transport policy、urban economic development、urban land use and scale of infrastructure construction, and for the next chapter of urban passenger transport structure Evaluation laid the foundation.Chapter three, mainly study on the evaluation of urban passenger traffic structure and the establishment of evaluation index system. The paper analyzed purpose and content of comprehensive appraisal, advanced technical route of it; introduced the principles and structure of building indicators and the method of dimensionless; finally, established the evaluation system of urban passenger traffic structure and the calculation method which were based on the features of urban passenger traffic structure.Chapter four, The paper introduced a generalized method, AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the data envelopment analysis, grey correlation analysis method, the weighted by the relative deviation from the minimum pool analysis, neural network, the main element analysis and factor analysis, such as nine kinds of evaluation methods and the advantages and disadvantages of the principle.Chapter five, the paper using the related basic data of Changchun city to evaluate the rational of urban passenger traffic structure as an empirical analysis, and make recommendations.Chapter six, the main investigation task and something new in this dissertation was summarized, and presented questions that need to be researched in the future as well.The paper made a series of research from the shallow to the deep, from the theory to the actual, from"rationale, qualitative analysis, quantitative evaluation, empirical research"and so on of the Rationality of Urban Passenger Transport Structure. On the basis of existing theory and method, there is something new as follows:i. The paper established the evaluation system of urban passenger traffic structure, proposed the conception "green of the community".ii. The paper based on the characteristic of evaluation index system; choose grey comprehensive evaluation method as a theoretical basis, by using the concept of correlation evaluate reasonable of urban passenger transport structure.iii. Under the proposed evaluation indicators, design survey and get the basis of relevant data through actual survey.
