Abstract


Overrun overweight cargo transport occupies an important position in the railway transport , it is very important to meet the transportation needs of the national large-scale projects and national defense construction . Overrun overweight cargo transportation information a nationwide network systems , which are incompatible with the railway operators informationization . In this paper, to gauge the of overweight goods transport organization of the practice , the use of advanced information technology to the construction of the railway overrun overweight cargo transportation management information system to explore the initial development of a network overrun overweight cargo transportation management information system .
