This dissertation includes two parts of the literature review and clinical research . The literature review a total of two . The first focuses washed from the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM treatment , the treatment of post-party , proprietary Chinese medicine treatment , Chinese medicine , acupuncture treatment, acupuncture point injection therapy and other treatment outlined the nearly 10 years in Chinese medicine treatment of DPN progress . The second reviews at home and abroad in recent years , the disease basic and clinical research progress . Mainly from two aspects of the mechanism of research and clinical treatment are discussed . Pathogenesis has not yet been elucidated clearly. Many clinical drugs , but the overall effect , especially for patients with severe efficacy is not ideal . Clinical Research Abstract Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy of Salvia point injection treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy . Methods: 65 patients met the diagnostic criteria DPN patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( 33 cases ) and control group ( 32 cases ) . Diabetes based treatment , the treatment group to take ① Zusanli Sanyinjiao Kunlun ; the ② Yanglingquan , Hong Leong Xuanzhong Danshen injection point injection ( bilateral , two groups used interchangeably ) ; control group acupuncture Zusanli , Yanglingquan , Hong Leong , Sanyinjiao the Xuanzhong , Kunlun ( acupuncture points are bilateral ) . And observed changes in the clinical symptoms , nerve conduction velocity , blood rheology and erythrocyte sorbitol content indicators before and after treatment . The results : the treatment group, the total effective rate of 87.10% , and 62.07% in the control group , the total effective rate in the treatment group than the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) Ridit analysis . The results also showed that Danshen injection point injection can improve the bilateral tibial motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity , improve patient numbness , pain , pinprick , vibration sensation, ankle reflexes, diminished clinical symptoms of the nervous system , and effectively improve the patient's blood rheology abnormalities, reduced red blood cell sorbitol content . Conclusion: Danshen injection acupoint injection can significantly improve the clinical efficacy for patients with DPN , suggesting that acupoint injection therapy for DPN certain advantages .
