Abstract


From the 1950s, the field of psychology and psychiatry began to focus on the \Over the last decade, especially the hope of psychology at the University of Kansas in the United States led to Snyder Research Laboratory series work on the fields of education, medical, mental health and psychological treatment has an important impact. Many studies have shown significant correlation in the inner qualities of hope and mental health, mental health, life satisfaction, and social adjustment. Of this study was to investigate the \were measured after the data analysis, scale reliability, validity and differences in characteristics of students' groups; prepared high school students hope the characteristics of the group intervention training programs, and the experimental method, 56 middle school students trial eight units, a total of two months of hope qualities intervention training research. 3. Analysis of quantitative and qualitative assessment of the effect of the intervention training. Through statistical analysis of the data, the following conclusions: 1. \construct validity, and criterion validity, can be used as an effective and reliable tool for measuring high school students want trait level; whole middle school students hope qualities in grade were significantly different, with the grade level, the hope qualities level showed a downward trend, but compared to the high first-year students in the third grade students, trait level minor upgrade; school students there is no significant gender differences in the overall hope qualities, but the boys in the power of thinking, the path thinking and overall hope that the level of the average points higher than girls; differences in urban and rural students of mainly embodied in the path of thinking and overall hope level, the power of thinking does not exist significant differences; 5. hopes qualities of community intervention training can significantly with improve the level of high school students hope characteristics; hope the characteristics of the group intervention training can improve the individual's power of thinking and the path of thinking, which improve on the path of thinking is particularly significant; 7. traits enhanced the development of mental health in secondary school students bring positive impact.
