Abstract

In recent years, China's college students loneliness caused by the mental health issues more and more, in this context, this study explores the internal working models of attachment, relationships and loneliness as well as the characteristics of the relationship between the three. The purpose of this study is based on internal working models of attachment theory as a foundation investigate the mechanism of loneliness, of loneliness and its related factors relevant research to provide reference data, to further expand the current people and its influencing factors Loneliness understanding. This study used a random sampling method from Hebei University extracting four undergraduate colleges, a total of 729 students were tested, using the amount of College Students' Interpersonal comprehensive diagnosis, relationships Questionnaire (RQ), Loneliness Scale (UCLA) three scales for the measurement tools to investigate the current college relationships, internal working models and loneliness and their demographic characteristics influencing factors discussed as well as the relations between the impact of loneliness path. The results show that: 1. Student population of four internal working model of proportion in order was: Security type (35.7%), neglect type (24.1%), preoccupied (22.7%), fear-type (17.4%) ; gender, grade, professional and students to the four internal working model of the impact is not obvious. (2) there is a certain degree of College Students' Interpersonal problems, including communication and making friends plagued maximum; gender and students to the significant main effect, although the grades and professional differences did not reach significant levels. 3 Students present general level of loneliness; University of loneliness boys than girls; third grade students loneliness highest, fourth-grade minimum; science Loneliness than liberal arts; rural students Loneliness highest. But these differences did not reach significant levels. 4 Correlation analysis showed that students secure internal working models and fearful, relationships and loneliness score was significantly negatively correlated, but with fearful and neglect internal working model type was not significantly correlated; fearful, preoccupied and relationships Total, loneliness are twenty-two positive correlation neglectful internal working models and Loneliness not significantly correlated. 5 Path analysis shows that in the safe internal working models, relationships and loneliness of the multiple regression analysis, secure internal working model can be direct negative impact on loneliness, can also indirectly affect negative effect on interpersonal loneliness; in fear-based internal working models, relationships and loneliness of the multiple regression analysis, fearful internal working model can produce positive effects on loneliness, positive effects can also be indirect effects of interpersonal loneliness; While focusing Type Internal mode, relationships and loneliness of the multiple regression analysis, the focus type internal working model can be directly and positively affect the loneliness, positive effects can also be indirect effects of interpersonal loneliness. Relationships played a partial mediating role. In this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: Students internal working models of attachment to secure majority; college students there is a certain sense of loneliness and interpersonal distress; students safe, fearful and preoccupied internal working models and relationships, loneliness is closely related to neglectful internal working models associated with loneliness was not significant; relationships in secure, fearful, preoccupied with internal working model pairwise relations loneliness plays a partial mediating role between.
