Abstract


In this study, high school students as the research object , select the first to the third year a total of 675 secondary school students as questionnaire was used to collect information about idolatry for teenagers , self - identity and mental health , the use of analysis of variance , correlation analysis , regression analysis other methods and modeling study designed to examine the characteristics and status of idolatry for teenagers to explore the relationship between idolatry and self - identity , mental health , education for secondary school students idol psychological basis . The main results are as follows: the number of secondary school students idols significantly more than the number of idols , and more inclined to in idolatry object type film and TV stars and sports stars . 2 different genders are not rational worship and irrational worship there are significant differences ; grades factors significant difference on the irrational worship , the high grade irrational tendency to worship was significantly higher than the first, the second grade ; idol differences in types of factors , worship film and television star high school students the irrational worship tendency was significantly higher than students worship idols type . 3 the idolatry and high school students self - identity significantly related , which rational worship and work weakness , self - confident that a significant negative correlation ; the irrational worship with authority confusion , self- work and suspected inability to significantly positive related , and high school students idol worship on the identity there are certain prediction . Rational idolatry and irrational idolatry and mental health of high school students and all of its dimensions significantly related to certain prediction tendency to idolatry and high school students on mental health . Idolatry tendency to self-identity can directly affect Mental Health , at the same time , the identity of the mediating variables between the tendency to idolatry and Mental Health , consistent with the hypothesis of this study .
