Abstract


With the rapid economic development , people 's living standards improve , the sharp increase in private car for city roads overwhelmed , all kinds of traffic problems emerged . Increasingly serious parking problem as an important part of the traffic problem , not only to reduce the capacity of the road , but also have a great impact on the image of the city 's economic development . Dynamic parking needs of the city 's public parking facilities in order to meet a variety of social activities . Public parking is provided in the main urban centers and its planning and management of research , there is a lot of help to improve the city's traffic and promote the development of the city . The paper identified a range of of Deyang city center area , carried out a survey and analysis of its urban characteristics , the characteristics of the road network and traffic characteristics . Survey of the status of the the Deyang city center public parking facilities , it is found the Deyang city center public parking berths far failed to meet the parking demand . Deyang central area of ??the status quo parking supply and demand has been very prominent , mainly relying on inadequate road parking berth and with car parks were built to meet the growing demand for parking . By comparison shows that the commonly used four types of parking demand forecasting method , combined with the characteristics of Deyang City , Deyang downtown area parking demand forecasting model years the road of the of Deyang city center area planning public parking berth demand for parking spaces in the road . The problems of parking space within the right path , including the condition of the facilities , set of circumstances , the phenomenon of illegal parking analysis shows based on analysis of the causes of the problem , including management regulations , parking development , parking system , parking violation and other aspects of parking management strategies .
