Multi-attribute decision-making under incomplete information usually refers to a class of parameter information can not be fully determined multi-attribute decision making problems. Decision makers such decision-making method does not require pre-decision parameters (such as attribute weights, property values ??and other information) the exact value of decision analysis under incomplete information can reduce the burden on the decision-makers cognitive, more objectively reflect the decision-making the uncertainty of the problem has become a challenging research directions in the area of ??decision-making. Fuzzy mathematics as the main theoretical basis, optimization theory and modern scientific calculation software tools for multi-attribute decision making problems of incomplete information, exploratory study of the following aspects: (1) based on the fuzzy judgment matrix consistency of analysis and decision-making method. To discuss fuzzy judgment matrix average random consistency index value, consistency checking indicators improved fuzzy judgment matrix, and in accordance with the indicators proposed a new fuzzy judgment matrix consistency adjustment algorithm; given based on the consistency of the concept of fuzzy judgment matrix weighted build formulas, theoretical analysis shows that the build-op can form an effective group decision making; research program scheduling problem based on fuzzy judgment matrix, several solving sorted vector optimization model, and commonly used optimization sorting method summarized and comparative analysis. (2) the triangular fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making problem. Fuzzy number distance formula generated by simulation of different triangular fuzzy TOPSIS decision-making results of the comparative analysis, the effects of different distance measure decision results obtained on the difference between the actual level of the evaluation program; build linear weighted attribute values ??the idea of ??maximizing deviation planning model using triangular fuzzy number expected value formula given program utility function and sort options, and thus resolve attribute weights are completely unknown triangular fuzzy multi-attribute decision making problems expectations. (3) incomplete information under intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision making problems. Take full account of the intrinsic link between the three parameters intuitionistic fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets inherent ambiguity, improved distance measure between the intuitionistic fuzzy sets, and gives a measure of similarity between intuitionistic fuzzy sets formula; advantage of the new similarity measure nearness formula given in the decision-making program to intuitionistic fuzzy ideal point, according to all decision-making program close to maximize ideological construct goal programming model, and then attribute weight information is not completely intuitive fuzzy TOPSIS decision-making method. (4) Interval Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making. Experimental Analysis examines the intuitionistic fuzzy number sorting function based on distance measurement using the weighted arithmetic or weighted geometric aggregation operators of interval intuitionistic fuzzy information integration, and application the sort function given intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making approach; different distance measure interval intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision making results, the experimental results show that the standard Hamming distance resulting decision results on program level, the difference between the strongest and the reliability of the results of the resulting decisions better. (5) fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making methods in the University Library electronic resources evaluation. Services for the university library electronic resources evaluation index system based on electronic resources using fuzzy MADM empirical research on the performance of the service of the University Library electronic journal databases, where the weak links found electronic resource services to help improve and enhance the quality of service of electronic resources.
