Abstract

Both line speed up to 200km / h level , domestic and external high-speed trains commonly used by the EMU . According to China's national conditions , technically and economically more reasonable 200km / h passenger mode is moving to EMU and locomotive traction mode coexist . The establishment of a multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK 200km / h six-axis AC drive electric locomotive model , the model after the previous multiple structural parameter optimization, it has high dynamic performance ; linear critical speed reached 500km / h , non- linear critical speeds of up to 300km / h. German high-speed and high- interference and the United States Track Irregularities the power spectral convert random irregularity domain spectrum , taking into account the level of the line according to the characteristics of China's major trunk line , constructed rail and horizontal irregularity status , and poor three line . Analyzed on a straight track at 200km / h electric locomotives by the German high interference line speed of 240km / h ; six lines maximum speed of 200km / h ; line through the five highest speed 160km / h both line speed up to 200km / h , the line level at least higher than the standard of six lines . 200km / h electric locomotives through a curved track , the the outer wheel guiding force and wheel lateral force on the track destruction of the most serious in the circular curve ; Right wheel load reduction , the vertical force and outer derailment coefficient is the most dangerous place machine wheel lateral force and wheel load reduction transition curve section ; wheel hedging angle maximum transition curve section ; curves the outer rail the ultrahigh maximum take 150mm more reasonable ; locomotive through the curve segments greatest impact , the first to reach the value of its security , to to limit locomotive can be used as indicators of the maximum speed of the curved track . Track Irregularity of 200km / h Locomotive Dynamic Performance : irregularity of the locomotive vertical acceleration greatest impact ; rail to the irregularity of the locomotive lateral acceleration and wheel lateral force greatest impact ; irregularity level of locomotive lateral and vertical the great acceleration ; twist irregularity impact wheelset lateral acceleration lateral force and the body , gauge irregularity control role is mainly from the wheel-rail contact geometry , as calculated locomotive to 200km / h speed by the value of the track irregularity security management .
