Abstract


Virtual instrument technology as a key technology development now , has been more and more attention. Projectile parameters for the current status of detection technology , developed a projectile based on virtual instrument technology parameter detection system . The system can realize multiple parameters projectile automation and semi-automated testing , and stable performance , less affected by the outside world . The system for the projectile diameter , projectile bottom roughness, poor swing , projectile length parameters were measured . And the accuracy of the system of strict control , making the measurement accuracy of less than 10μm, the control precision control within the 2μm . Sufficient to meet the requirements of practical applications .
