Abstract

In order to explore the red clover extract the (Trifoliumpratense Leguminosae Extract TLE) and Hedysari crude polysaccharide (Crude Hedysari Polysaccharide, CHPS) anti-immune stress the role of the test will be weaned pigs were randomly divided into blank group, LPS group, TLE in the low-dose group and CHPS low-dose group, recording each group daily feed intake, 0,21,28 d test weighing to calculate various stages of average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio . Test 21 d LPS group, TLE and CHPS groups peritoneal injection of 100μg / kg BW of LPS, blank group was injected with normal saline. 3 h, after injection of intravenous blood collection, separation of serum measured GLU, TG, CHO, BUN, LDH, NOS, SOD, GSH-Px, MDA, AKP, GOT, GPT and other biochemical markers to study TLE and CHPS on growth performance and blood biochemical parameters. The results show that: the immune stress, compared with the control group, average daily feed intake TLE low dose group was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05), in the high-dose group difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05) TLE each dose group the average daily gain was significantly higher (P gt; 0.05), but the differences between each dose group was not significant, each dose group material blank group, the difference was not significant; CHPS each dose group average daily feed intake average daily gain, feed to gain relatively blank group, the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05). TLE dose significantly improve ADG no significant role in weight ratio, low doses of TLE can significantly improve piglet average daily feed intake. Immune stress, compared with the control group, LPS group average daily feed intake and average daily gain was significantly decreased (P lt; 0.05). AKP, GPT, TG, CHO, BUN, GLU, MDA in serum was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05), NOS significantly decreased (P lt; 0.05), indicating that by LPS induced immune stress can cause the decline in the growth performance of weaned pigs basal metabolic levels, increased free radical generation of the body, the body's ability to scavenge free radicals reduce associated with liver injury. Immune stress, compared with LPS group, TLE, the CHPS each dose group the average daily feed intake and average daily gain was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05). The TLE low dose group AKP, TG, CHO, GLU content significantly with lower (P lt; 0.05), SOD of GSH-Px content significantly with increased (P lt; 0.05), TLE, the high dose group GLU content significantly with lower (P lt ; 0.05) content of SOD, GSH-Px in significantly higher (P lt; 0.05); CHPS low-dose group, TG, CHO, of MDA, GLU content significantly lower (P lt; 0.05), significant CHPS high dose group AKP, GLU content reduced. That CHPS can effectively alleviate the LPS-induced immunological stress-induced growth performance decreased basal metabolic levels in the diets TLE, the machine free radicals generated increased free radical scavenging ability of the body to reduce liver injury, There are some anti-immune stress effect.
