Abstract

Oriental Melon (Cucumis melo var.makuwa Makino), also known as Chinese melon, oriental melon or cantaloupe, a very important class of melon varieties resources and occupies a very important position, especially in Heilongjiang Province and other regions. Our Muskmelon mainly to the local short-term sales, there is a gap with the developed countries, in order to better develop and use of this resource, requires researchers to a better understanding of Muskmelon physiological changes at different times. Kazakhstan sweet-2, Wing Sweet -3 and white-4 three varieties Muskmelon objects to study the respiration rate of the fruit, hardness, soluble sugar content, soluble solids content, vitamin C content, titratable acid content and volatile aroma components during Postharvest Storage (divided into the dynamic changes of room temperature conditions of storage and 8 ℃ storage conditions), in order to reveal Muskmelon, postharvest physiology trend, breeding Muskmelon and storage to provide a theoretical basis and technical support. The results are as follows: 1) three varieties of muskmelon fruit, the trend of its postharvest physiological characteristics are basically the same. Fruit storage in a relatively normal temperature conditions of all varieties of melon fruit respiration rate gradually decreases with the storage time, and stored at 8 ℃ fruit respiration rate remains at a low level; hardness of the various varieties of melon fruit fruit ripening decreasing fruit storage at room temperature over 8 ℃ under the conditions of storage of fruit softening occurred; vitamin C content in all varieties of melon fruit with the extend of the fruit during storage time was less trend; each varieties of melon fruit soluble solids content, soluble sugar content and titratable acid content tended to increase during storage first decreases gradually with the prolongation of the fruit during storage time and storage in low temperature conditions may be appropriate to slow down the melon fruit the consumption rate of the substances. Indicators integrated analysis of sweet, medium maturing variety Wing-3 is more appropriate for storage. 2) muskmelon fruit stored in 8 ℃ allows ripening time delay 3-7d, and all the indicators after-ripening fruit is better than under normal temperature conditions. Muskmelon fruit quality to maintain visible appropriate low temperature conducive to also extend the storage time of fruits. 3) Determination of the three varieties Muskmelon volatile aroma components using SPME and GC-MS technique, the volatile aroma components are divided into esters, aldehydes, alcohols, ketones, and acids, alkenes, phenols, ethers and other substances. Muskmelon volatile aroma components of different varieties have different types and number of aldehydes, alcohols species gradually reduced, with the extension of storage time, the first increase after declining trend in the types of esters, and the fruit is in 8 ℃ under the conditions of storage of fruit flavor remains good. 4) of this study found that the main the Muskmelon volatile aroma components esters, nine kinds of esters relative percentage of the total matter content of 60%, respectively, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate , isobutyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetic acid, 2 - methyl-1 - butyl acetate, hexyl acrylate, 2,3 - butanediol diacetate, acetic acid benzyl ester and phthalic diisobutyryl ester, Muskmelon aroma has a larger contribution. Changes in the relative content of ethyl acetate and 2,3 - butanediol diacetate more significant. Ethyl acetate in the relative content of the fruit ripening period maximum decreases with senescence, 2,3 - butanediol diacetate the relative content is proportional to the degree of aging.
