Jujube (Zizyphus Mill) is used along with the fruit of our traditional food and medicine, originated in the Yellow River, in China more than two thousand years of cultural history, Lizao (Zizyphus jujuba Mill.cv.Lizao) is a fresh varieties of jujube fresh Lizao a large, crisp, delicious, rich in vitamins, minerals and phenols. Loess Plateau due to excessive deforestation caused serious soil erosion and ecological environment has been enormous damage, with the implementation of the policy of the National Grain for Green \combination for the region's ecological restoration and economic afforestation. Purpose for the Loess Plateau Lizao planting water-saving, high-yield, high-quality, efficient \fruit as test materials, as a control, irrigation treatment of jujube compare three drip irrigation system each period (Lizao growth period is divided into budding leaf expansion, flowering and fruiting stage, the stage of fruit enlargement, fruit maturity, T1 process: irrigation 6m3/666.67m ~ 2; T2 processing: each period irrigation once per irrigation 9m3/666.67m ~ 2; T3 treatment: fruit enlargement of irrigation twice irrigation time, every time, and each other during the time per irrigation 12m3/666.67m ~ 2) edible quality of Lizao, total phenol, flavonoid content, phenolic acids and organic acids composition and antioxidant capacity, including anti-linoleic acid peroxidation, reducing power, DPPH radical scavenging rate and ABTS free base clearance. Come to the following conclusions: (1) three drip irrigation system of the Loess Plateau Lizao water content, the pH, reduced Vc content did not significantly influence; between the Lizao of different drip irrigation system titratable acidity, soluble solids, reducing sugar and total sugar content there is a significant difference; the Lizao texture analysis only Lizao hardness and resilience by drip irrigation system. (2) in the study design, drip irrigation system, Lizao total phenolic content no significant difference between the the Lizao flavonoid content and Lizao of antioxidant capacity (four models) there is a significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Have a higher correlation between the Lizao anti-oxidative capacity (four models) Lizao flavonoid content. (3) HPLC analysis Lizao Lizao contain protocatechuic acid, catechin, epicatechin and rutin polyphenols and tartaric acid, citric, Vc and Apple acids such as organic acids, and at the same time catechu significantly affect prime, epicatechin, rutin, and tartaric acid content by the drip irrigation system.
