Abstract


At present, the basic medical and health services equalization problem has received extensive attention from all walks of life, the central government has issued on the reform plan of medical and health system, the completion of national and regional public health project objectives and tasks, throughout the implementation of basic medical and health services equalization scheme. But at present, most are still in the exploratory stage, the urgent need to summarize and improve. Therefore, to promote the study of equalization of basic medical and health services to the specific countermeasure proposal has important practical significance.This study first system, a comprehensive analysis of the basic medical health equalization connotation, think the basic medical and health services between urban and rural areas is the largest of the inequality, not conducive to the building of a harmonious society. Secondly, this study analyzed the urban and rural basic medical and health service non equalization reasons, and on this basis to promote urban and rural basic medical and health services equalization countermeasure proposal. Finally, this research take the Nantong Gangzha district as a case study, through empirical investigation, in-depth analysis of the current Gangzha District of urban and rural basic medical and health services equalization of basic environment, practice process and the presence of a specific problem, draw lessons from domestic and international successful experience, put forward to accelerate the development of Gangzha basic medical and health services equalization countermeasure proposal.
