Abstract


In this experiment, \soak two before spraying and post-harvest treatment, the surface of the fruits of research colony removal and fruit under refrigeration ( 0 ± 1 ° C ) , flesh firmness , soluble solids content ( TSS ) , titratable acid ( TA ) content , Vc content , respiration rate , ethylene release rate , weight loss rate , decay index , membrane permeability , malondialdehyde (MDA) content , peroxidase (POD) and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase ( PAL ) activity changes . Preliminary study ClO 2 treatment of \The results show that : ( 1 ) ClO - 2 < / sub > treatment helps to remove colonies , the effect concentration is proportional to the size of the surface of the fruit ; ( 2 ) ClO 2 < / sub > processing delay \fruit during cold storage decrease in hardness , reduce TSS , TA and Vc loss , slow down the effects of quality change . Wherein the hardness , TA , TSS and Vc to maintain the most effective concentration is 50 mg / L ; ( 3 ) ClO 2 < / sub > Processing reduce the respiration rate and ethylene release rate , within the concentration range of the test , 50mg / L treatment effect on the inhibition ; ( 4 ) ClO the 2 < / sub > treatment can significantly reduce the \ClO 2 treatment can reduce the weight loss of the fruit shelf life , but a period of refrigeration , no significant inhibitory effect of weight loss ; ( 5 ) ClO - 2 < / sub > treatment to reduce postharvest MDA content the rate of increase , delaying the increase of cell membrane permeability , to maintain the stability of the cell membrane . POD and PAL activity ; ( 6 ) CLO 2 < / sub > treatment reduces mechanical damage fruit respiration rate , ethylene release rate , the rate of weight loss and decay index ; ( ) CLO 2 < / sub> is applied to the \Its preservative effect of preharvest spraying soaked processing and post-harvest treatment difference was not significant .
