Abstract


Vaccine is a special kind of medicine, and vaccination is still by far the most cost-effective biomedical infection control method. Due to the small molecular weight of new vaccine and weak immunogenicity, it is difficult to induce the body to produce effective immune response. Most of the vaccine needs adjuvants to improve effectiveness or to stimulate the corresponding immune response. Therefore, the study on immune adjuvants becomes an important task in the field of vaccine learning and immunology.Physalis alkekengi L. Var.franchetii, solanaceae, acid pulp, our ancient pharmacopoeia all records its medicinal value and efficacy, as well as the advantage of relieving heat, cough and reducing sputum.This study is the thorough research on separation and purification of brocade lanterns stem water-soluble polysaccharide and the known structure characteristics and some physiological activity, on the basis of further discussion of immunity enhancement effect of the polysaccharide kam lanterns stem.
