Abstract

This study is part of the national sugar beet industry technology system construction projects, research training base in the Northeast Agricultural University in 2009. Test soil testing and fertilizer projects recommended in the \the impact; determination of the dynamic changes in the beet fertility during plant nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium content; determination beet leaves and tubers of nitrogen assimilation of the different growth stages of key metabolic enzymes NR, GS activity dynamics; activity relationship analysis between the various enzymes and their beet yield and quality; provide a theoretical basis to increase fertilizer use efficiency. The results are as follows: l, beet root yield of processing 6 (N2P2K2) highest 55884.3 kg · hm -2 , handling 11 (N2P2K1) followed 53502.1 kg · hm \/ sup>., processing 9 (N3P2K2) third as compared to 52494.5 kg · hm -2 with no fertilizer District (treatment 1), were increased by 22 287 kg · hm -2 , 19904.8kg · hm -2 , 18897.2kg · hm -2 . 2 handle 2 (N0P2K2) the highest sugar content of 17.5 degrees, processing 1 (N0P0K0) followed by 16.89 degrees, treatment 3 (N1P2K2) ranked third for 16.70 degrees. The sugar content in the performance differences between the treatments significantly greater than the high nitrogen P treatments, the overall trend is the low nitrogen and high phosphorus treatment. 3, similar to the variation of sugar yield and tuber yield, to deal with the highest sugar yield of 6 (N2P2K2) processing level, compared with the other treatments up to a significant level. Process produced the largest amount of sugar 8438.58kg · hm -2 to handle 9 followed by 7937.17 kg · hm -2 processing 7 Third 7717.84kg · hm < sup> -2 . Established through this test, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium secondary fertilizer effect equation model, the regression coefficient is 0.964,0.901,0.958 equation regression F value reached a significant level. This fertilizer effect equation calculated the amount of fertilizer recommendation: nitrogen fertilizer 147.4kg · hm -2 , phosphate fertilizer 72.0kg · hm -2 for potash 63.1kg · hm -2 . K Ratio is 1:0.49:0.43. 5, the same deal with different periods, beet leaves the NR and root GS activity showed a single peak curve reaches its maximum in late July (tuber growth period); during the same period The upward trend in the processing conditions, the leaves the NR and root GS activity With the increase in the amount of nitrogen. Application Dps leaf NR (X1), the GS leaves (X2) and GS root (X3) activity levels with beet yield (Y1), sugar content (Y2) and sugar yield (Y3) correlation analysis The correlation coefficient in the whole growth period have reached a significant level, the impact on the yield reached a very significant level of sugar yield in different periods. Beet dry matter accumulation trend of high nitrogen levels higher than the level of low-nitrogen, high phosphorus levels higher than the low phosphorus level, the impact is less than the nitrogen and phosphorus potassium N3P2K2 treatment levels of dry matter accumulation. 8, fertility in the pre-T / R ratio, tuber growth period after entering the T / R ratio was significantly reduced, indicating that rapid growth as a \Variation of this source library, is conducive to the formation of production.
