Objective: clinical the fixed prosthesis live marrow tooth preparation or bonding often dentin hypersensitivity occur. Vital pulp tooth preparation on the nature of the abutment surface coating the desensitizer and with laser irradiation desensitization, etc. can reduce vital abutment bonding allergic pain. Tooth surface after desensitization treatment, the interface between the adhesive and the dentin situation will change, which may affect the adhesive strength of the prosthesis. This experiment was observed by a scanning electron microscope coated dentin desensitized with a desensitizing agent or a laser micro-structure and morphology as well as an adhesive shear strength test reviews Gluma desensitization and Nd: YAG laser desensitization of the Rely XTMUnicem, Panavia F, Super -Bond CB resin adhesive bonding strength for clinical provide a theoretical basis for choosing the desensitization method and resin adhesive. Methods: disconnect within one month before the molars 108, clean the tooth surface after storage at 37 ° C saline. 27 teeth were randomly selected for scanning electron microscopy, and 81 teeth for bonding strength test. Water rinse away from the body tooth TR-13 diamond bur 27 to remove buccal enamel exposed dentin plane of 3 mm × 3 mm. Were randomly divided into three groups of nine. Group A was the control group, no treatment; group B Gluma desensitizer group, operating in accordance with the instructions applied to handle the tooth surface; C group for the Nd: YAG laser treatment group, each group of samples buccolingual split, dry sprayed gold, scanning electron microscopy, and half of the sample used to observe the the dentin surface features, select processing take pictures of any part of the tooth surface; half of the sample used to observe the longitudinal section features selected near the surface of the processing site camera. The 81 premolars buccal tooth preparation basic ibid., a 3 mm × 3 mm standard plane. With resin embedding tooth, crown buccal exposure and the dentin plane close to the bottom surface of the mold with double-sided adhesive solid to ensure that the the dentin bonding plane with the bottom surface of the resin embedding block parallel. 81 teeth were randomly divided into three large groups (n = 27), A group for the control group, B group for the Gluma desensitizer group, C group with a Nd: YAG laser treatment group, every large group divided into three groups , wherein A1, B1, C1 set of applications the Rely XTMUnicem cements, A2, B2, and C2 group application Panavia F cements, A3, B3, C3 group applications Super-Bond CB resin adhesive. 3 mm diameter nickel-chromium alloy column cement by the same person at the same pressure on the dentin surface, after solidification of the adhesive sample was placed in distilled water in a water bath at 37 ° C for 24 hours. Sample is fixed in a universal testing machine (3367, Instron Corporation, USA) shear fixture, to force vertical load speed of 0.5 mm / min. Shear strength is calculated by the equation 6 = F / S. SPSS 11.5 software for statistical analysis. When casting dental transection, zoom stereo microscope (25 ×) observed from the cross-section type. Results: 1. Dentinal tubules closed the degree: scan the electron microscope Gluma dentin tubules slightly higher density of white mist sediment clogging; Nd: YAG laser irradiation of dentin surface melt irradiation centralized places pits. Panavia F and Super-Bond CB significantly higher than the adhesive strength of three resin adhesive RelyXTMUnicem, and the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). 3. Gluma desensitizing agent deal with Super-Bond CB shear strength enhancement (P lt; 0.05), up to (26.02 ± 3.84) Mpa. The other two adhesive shear strength is larger, but the control group had no statistical difference (P gt; 0.05). 4.Nd: YAG laser treatment before and after the the three adhesive bonding strength difference had no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion: 1 Gluma desensitizer be able to plug most of the openings of the dentinal tubules, Nd: YAG laser irradiated dentin surface melting can both treatment can reach the good effect of desensitization. 2. Gluma desensitizing agents can enhance the adhesion strength of the Super-Bond CB, no effect on the Rely XTMUnicem, Panavia F the adhesive strength of the two adhesive, used as a resin adhesive prior to bonding of desensitization. 3.Nd: YAG laser does not affect the adhesive strength of the adhesive agent of the three resins, can also be used as a resin adhesive prior to bonding the desensitization.
