Abstract


[ Objective ] Through Retrospective analysis phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation Descemet detachment clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment methods to investigate the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of ideas , so as intraoperative and postoperative Descemet prevention, early diagnosis and appropriate therapy. [ Method ] Statistics from June 2010 to March 2011 period in the Second Affiliated Hospital , Zhejiang University School of Medicine Eye Center patients diagnosed as Descemet detachment one case the patient's clinical data , and the use of slit lamp microscope , ultrasound biological Microscope (UBM) and anterior segment of the photographic clinical observational study . The use of the U.S. National Library of Medicine Pubmed database , enter keywords ( cataract , cornea, Descemet detachment ) search online bibliographic data between 1980-2010 , a comprehensive analysis of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation postoperative Descemet detachment pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment. [ Results ] from June 2010 to March 2011 period hospital inpatients diagnosed as Descemet detachment patients with a total one case ( one eye ) . Female, 70 years old, senile cataract in the left eye due to our hospital phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation . Intraoperative that the limitations found in Descemet detachment, in intraoperative injection of viscoelastic reset. January after Descemet reset fails, full-thickness corneal suture line is reset , in March , after suture removal. Successful reset , restore the cornea transparent state . [ Conclusion ] 1 . Descemet detachment is a serious visual impairment can cause complications. (2) Early diagnosis of reservations eyesight and prevent permanent damage Descemet have a positive effect . 3 small detachment without surgical reduction , large-scale or progressive detachment requires surgical intervention . 4 diagnosed successfully reset the patient's visual acuity has a vital role .
