Objective: To investigate the pin Kang method combined with neural stem cells (NSCs) transplantation recovery of motor function in patients with cerebral infarction the designed clinical seeking an effective and precise , reasonable and feasible comprehensive rehabilitation program . Methods: Using a completely randomized design , 63 patients met the inclusion criteria cerebral infarction motor dysfunction were randomly divided into group A ( rehabilitation group , n = 21) , group B ( rehabilitation training combined with NSCs transplantation group , n = 20 ) C group (needle Kang combined NSCs transplantation group , n = 22 ) . Three groups in accordance with the Department of Neurology conventional treatment , including early adopt bed anticonvulsant benign limb -bit , conventional drug treatment , and on this basis , the three groups of patients with cerebral infarction were given the appropriate treatment of the corresponding group . 3 group are enrolled in one day (before treatment) and after 3 months of treatment ( after treatment ) by the same rehabilitation physician with the degree of clinical neurological deficit score ( CSS ) simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scale (FMA ) modified Barthel Index (MBI) to assess the patient's neurological deficit symptoms , limb motor function , activities of daily living (ADL) and clinical efficacy . Results: Before treatment , the three groups of patients with CSS rated FMA score and MBI score differences were not statistically significant (p gt; 0.05); After treatment , the three groups of patients with CSS score , FMA score and MBI score in this group before treatment were significantly improved, the differences were statistically significant ( p lt; 0.01 ) , and CSS score for group C , FMA score and MBI score than group A and group B after treatment to improve even more significant differences were statistical significance ( p lt; 0.05 ) . 2.C group total efficiency is significantly higher than that in group A and group B ( p lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion : 1 . Rehabilitation , rehabilitation combined transplantation of NSCs needle Kang combined NSCs transplantation can effectively reduce the degree of neurological deficits in patients with cerebral infarction , improve limb motor function , improve ADL ability . 2 . Needles Kang combines NSCs transplant comprehensive treatment program to treat motor dysfunction after cerebral infarction curative effect , reasonable and feasible .
