Abstract


Objective: To understand the Tianjin Children's Hospital of acute lower respiratory tract infection in hospitalized children pathogen distribution , clinical characteristics of rhinovirus infection and rhinovirus infection , Lowell score , pulmonary function characteristics . Methods : pathogen detection , including 479 cases were detected by ELISA Coxsackie virus and mycoplasma rhinovirus detected by fluorescent antibody detection of RSV , ADV , FluA FluB and parainfluenza virus 1, 2, 3, and semi - nested PCR method to detect bacteriology detected by conventional culture . The rhinovirus testing positive clinical indicators and tidal function indicators . Results: 479 cases of clinical specimens detected 149 cases of rhinovirus - positive specimens , the positive rate was 31.1% ; respiratory syncytial virus 11.9% ; 10.0% of the Coxsackie virus ; the mycoplasma 7.9% ; 5.8% of the influenza virus ; 4.8% of the adenovirus ; Vice 2.5% of the influenza virus ; 10.8% of bacteria ; mixed infection of more than two kinds of pathogen detection (5.6%) ; 45 cases were not detected in the pathogen , accounting for about 9.3% . The highest detection rate of all detected pathogens , rhinovirus . Rhinovirus - positive specimens months , compared with respiratory syncytial virus infection in children with the highest detection rate of 4,9 month ; , lowell rated groups , respiratory ratio , the time to peak and peak volume was no significant difference in the ratio indicators , significant differences in the duration of remission . Conclusion: This study shows that all detected pathogens rhinovirus detection rate is highest , compared with respiratory syncytial virus infection in children , there was no significant difference between groups lowell score, lung function and other indicators , the remission time significant difference. Seen the rhinovirus common cause of lower respiratory tract infections in infants and young children with acute clinical manifestations similar to respiratory syncytial virus infection .
