Objective: Pediatric Asthma exacerbation of disease machine characteristics and clinical performance Qing declared expectorant , qi and promoting blood circulation method , and this method group parties conduct clinical studies to objectively evaluate Qing Xuan expectorant , qi and promoting blood circulation method treatment of pediatric asthma acute attack period hot Asthma clinical efficacy . Methods : This article is mainly composed by two parts of the theoretical research and clinical studies . Theoretical part , focused on an overview of the progress of Chinese medicine and modern medical understanding of the pathogenesis of asthma and treatment at this stage of the research . Part of clinical studies , 60 patients met the inclusion criteria in children with asthma , a 1:1 ratio into medicine combined with western medicine treatment group and the comparison group , the system observed before and after treatment the disease control situation and the main symptoms of secondary symptoms integral change. The results of all the data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 statistical software to P lt ; 0.05 as statistically significant . Results: Two groups of children enrolled , the General Statistical analysis showed no significant meaning, better balanced between the two groups were comparable. After treatment, wheezing, cough, sputum expectoration symptomatic group comparison , the treatment group than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; compared wheeze Group , the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05); major symptom scores before and after treatment , a secondary symptom score , total score change group comparison, the differences were statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) better than before treatment , after treatment ; after treatment, mainly symptom scores, a secondary symptom score , total score change significantly between the efficiency of group compared with the treatment group than the control group , the differences were statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . The conclusion : clear declared expectorant , qi and blood in Treating pediatric asthma hot Asthma is a feasible and effective method . In improve children wheeze , cough , phlegm and other symptoms and loss of appetite , thirst , urine and other minor symptoms more effective than the control group .
