Abstract


With the integration of industrialization and information technology, manufacturing enterprise management information system development, increasingly intelligent direction of the status and role of knowledge management in manufacturing enterprises increasingly significant. For manufacturing enterprises, knowledge management in product design, manufacturing, and service life cycle process is essential for the sustainable development of enterprises play a key role. The importance of product knowledge management has attracted the attention of many scholars, but the vast majority of research is still stuck in the conceptual and theoretical framework, few theoretical aspects of the product knowledge management system application, greatly restricted knowledge management in manufacturing enterprise application effectiveness. The main line of products manufacturing enterprises knowledge management, knowledge, service knowledge and perspective from design knowledge, manufacturing, and conducted in-depth research of several key issues in the management of product knowledge. The main content of this paper is divided into the following sections: (1) product design knowledge modeling focuses on the semi-automated knowledge modeling process of product design and product design knowledge modeling problem. A synthesis of existing major ontology modeling process, proposed an improved minimum the associated synthesis method ontology modeling process, explore more practical ontology modeling process. The different nature of the product design knowledge to take a different semi-automated modeling methods: semi-structured and unstructured product design knowledge - Web text, ontology learning, ontology learning domain ontology creation and field ontology classification problem, the the domain ontology classification algorithm, and verified the effectiveness of the algorithm; original public words of heterogeneous Web Ontology knowledge, this paper presents a heterogeneous Web Ontology pattern recognition algorithm; Ontology update to resolve and supplementary questions, the paper proposes a way to get a new semantic relationships algorithms, timely and effective update domain ontology model. Product design knowledge retrieval discuss current common ontology knowledge representation language, knowledge of the product concept representation; product development process design knowledge representation; product design knowledge based Prot (?) Semantic annotation method based on dependencies, semi-structured and unstructured Web text with the domain ontology knowledge base semantics associated instance validation. Build the Jena-based design knowledge retrieval engine, the engine uses the latest SPARQL language; and have some advanced knowledge management system applied to product. Instance validation, the search engine has intuitive simplicity, smart product design knowledge retrieval and reasoning. To achieve knowledge retrieval process management of user preferences, user preferences the library feature entries weights expansion algorithm. The experiments show that the recall and precision of this algorithm has certain advantages compared with related algorithms. 3. The product technology decision-making knowledge management research the current domestic process knowledge management research and more confined to the specific characteristics of the parts and machinery products, restricting the promotion of products manufacturing knowledge management theory and system applications. To overcome the limitations of the process of knowledge management and the dependence of the application environment, the paper proposes a generic process of universal the decision knowledge management model: to build a unified information model of part feature; take advantage of the more general abstract \or \4. The products fault diagnosis knowledge management research in the reported fault diagnosis expert system, most of them are dedicated expert system for a specific device, versatility is not strong. In order to develop efficient and broad applicability of fault diagnosis knowledge reasoning model, this paper presents a neural network-based fault diagnosis knowledge reasoning model; non-fully connected neural network to overcome fully connected neural network structure is complex and slow training (PCBP ), Theory and algorithms, and verified through experiments. Product knowledge management system construction enterprise knowledge management system construction is an effective means for the smooth implementation and application of product knowledge management, the comprehensive paper design knowledge modeling, design knowledge retrieval process decision-making knowledge management, fault diagnosis knowledge management theory research, product knowledge management system software prototype, validation of the prototype system show that this article about the key issues of product knowledge management research is valid.
