The purpose of : ( 1 ) to explore the prostate hyperplastic nodules in T lymphocyte subsets CD4, CD8 expression differences and their clinical significance . ( 2 ) to explore the factors that affect the expression of T lymphocyte subsets CD4, CD8 nodules of benign prostatic hyperplasia . Methods: Using immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect CD4 and CD8 expression in human prostate hyperplastic nodules . The application of computer image analysis system for measuring CD4, CD8 expression the positive regional average optical density (MOD) , and using the SPSS 17.0 for benign prostatic hyperplasia nodules of CD4, CD8 MOD differences and clinical parameters were statistically analyzed . Results: (1) benign prostatic hyperplasia nodules of CD4 and CD8 expression was significantly higher than normal prostate tissue , but CD4, CD8 ratio decreased . ( 2 ) the edge of the area of the prostate hyperplasia nodules CD4 expression above the center area , below the central area of ??the edge of the area CD8 expression ; nodular central area of ??CD4, CD8 ratio decreased significantly compared to the marginal zone . ( 3) benign prostatic hyperplasia the nodule diameter gt ; 5mm CD4 , CD8 expression above prostatic hyperplasia nodule diameter ≤ 5mm group , CD4, CD8 ratio decreased . ( 4) CD4 and CD8 expression of PSA , prostate volume, the percentage of interstitial area positively correlated , IPSS, Qmax, age , duration of no correlation with PSA, prostate volume , age, duration and CD4 / CD8 ratio was negatively relevant conclusions : of BPH nodules in the CD4 , CD8 change and BPH nodules in the formation , occurrence , development is closely related to . Immune factors may play an important role in the development of BPH occurs .
