Objective: To investigate the chronic atrial fibrillation (Af) in patients with inflammation and prothrombotic state (PTS) relationship . Methods : We selected 63 patients with chronic Af patients and 51 patients with sinus rhythm patients for determination of plasma C-reactive protein ( C - reactive protein , CRP) , D2 dimer (D2dimer, D2) and fibrinogen ( fibrinogen , FIB ) , carried out a comparative study . Results: Compared with the sinus rhythm group , patients with chronic Af CRP ( p = 0.004 ) , D2 ( p = 0.01 ) , FIB ( p = 0.022 ) were significantly higher . FIB and CRP (r = 0.295 p = 0.034), D2 associated with CRP (r = 0.621 p lt; 0.001), FIB related (r = 0.267 p = 0.034) while the sinus rhythm group these indicators were not correlated with the D2 . Conclusion: patients with chronic Af plasma CRP , FIB and D2 higher marks inflammatory state and PTS exist, and the two have a correlation , suggesting that inflammation may be involved in the occurrence and development of Af and promote the formation of PTS , anti-inflammatory may the clinical the Af therapy and reduce thromboembolic effective way .
