Abstract

The first part of the stone see through the active site of anti-tumor effects in vitro study Objective: To investigate stone see through different extracts in vitro anti- tumor activity in vitro anti-tumor effect to determine its active site . Methods: 95% industrial alcohol stone see through Herbal extract , and then with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate , chloroform and n-butanol extracts were segmented ethanol extraction , using the MTT assay ( tetrazolium blue colorimetric test ) Determination of various extracts in vitro five human tumor cell proliferation inhibition. Results: In vitro, chloroform and ethyl acetate parts parts for five human tumor cell lines with a strong inhibition of proliferation . Conclusion : chloroform site is the stone see through in vitro anti- tumor effects play a major active site . The second part of the stone see through parts of the anti-tumor activity Isolation and identification of chemical constituents Objective : To study the stone see through (Salvia chinensis beth.) Parts of the anti-tumor activity of chemical composition , to clarify its material basis of drug action . Methods solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography and preparative silica gel plate isolated and purified by chemical and spectroscopic data structures were elucidated . Results : From the stone see through parts of chloroform Four compounds were isolated and identified , namely: ursolic acid (ursolic acid A), B- sitosterol (β-sitosterol B), daucosterol (daucosterol C), vanillin (vanilllin D) the third part of ursolic acid stone see through inhibition of tumor cell proliferation in vitro experimental study Objective: To investigate parts from stone see through chloroform extract isolated ursolic acid on five human tumor cell lines in vitro proliferation . Methods: 95% industrial alcohol stone see through Herbal extract , and then with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate , chloroform and n-butanol extracts were segmented ethanol extraction , using the system solvent gradient elution column chromatography separation methods such as recrystallization from chloroform stone see through isolated parts of ursolic acid . Ursolic acid using MTT assay in vitro five human tumor cell proliferation inhibition. Results : In vitro , ursolic acid for five cell lines with a strong inhibition of proliferation . Conclusion: ursolic acid is stone see through alcohol extract , chloroform exert their antitumor activity in the main active ingredient .
