Objective:To study and evaluate the effect of Xinnaotongluo-solution on GPⅡb/Ⅲa and GPⅠb of acute cerebral ischemia in rats, to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment of acute cerebral ischemia.Methods:Healthy SD rats was randomly divided into five groups:s ham-operation group (sham group),cerebral ischemia group(model group), BuChang-Naoxintong in the control group (control group),Xinnaotonglu o-solution low-dose group (low-dose group), Xinnaotongluo-solution high-dose group (high-dose group).Establish the MCAO model of focal acute cerebral ischemia in rats, and the test change of contents of GPⅡb/Ⅲa,GPⅠb at 6h,12h,24h after operation.Results:1. The effect of Xinnaotongluo-solution on GPⅡb/Ⅲa activities of cerebral ischemia in rats:compared with the sham group,6h after cereb ral ischemia, the activities of GPⅡb/Ⅲa in model group began arising, while the highest point appeared at 24h (P<0.01).The activities of GPⅡb/Ⅲa in all the treatment groups are lower than model group, especi-ally the high-dose group (P<0.01). Compared with control group of the same time, the content of the GPⅡb/Ⅲa in plasma of high does group at 24h decreased remarkably (P<0.01).2. The effect of Xinnaotongluo-solution on t-PA of cerebral ischemia in rats:compared with sham group,6h after cerebral ischemia,the content of GPⅠb in model group began reducing, while the lowest point appeared at 24h (p<0.01).The content of GPⅠb in all the treatment groups are lower than model group,especially the high-dose group (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Xinnaotongluo-solution can significantly reduce the content of GPⅡb/Ⅲa in acute cerebral ischemia rats, And to the inhibition of the damages caused by thrombosis, and effectively to reduce the focal cerebral ischemic injury. 2. Xinnaotongluo-solution can rise the content of GPⅠb which secreted by blood plasma, to achieve its protective effect in he focal cerebral ischemic injury.
