Abstract


"Central Martial Arts School," was one of the institutions on martial arts in the period of the republic of China, affiliated to national government institutions . It’s purpose was"to promote Chinese Martial Arts, and improve the universal health "It has played an important role in the fields of the popularization of teaching martial arts and culvating martial arts talents, researching and finishing martial arts materials, promoting martial arts foreign exchange. And all these achievements, couldn’t did without the contributions of the teachers in Central Martial Arts School. What about the central martial arts school teachers’sources, structures, teaching research, daily managements and appraisals, rights and guarantees, the function and impact of teachers’ construction? This article tries to discuss these issues. Based on the construction condition of teachers team in Central Martial Arts School for research object, by means of literature review and historical textual research method , logical analysis and other research methods, have the following conclusions :First, the sources of Central Martial Arts School teachers were wide and the degree structures were multiplex.and there were many kinds of talents,too.and these helped to integrate various aspects resources and knowledge, facilitate Martial Arts School teachers improve the overall qualityies and overall strengths.Second, the Central Martial Arts School has established a set of mature teachers management system, the system has not only helped to teachers’jobs standard managements, but also payed attention to the fundamental rights of the teachers, thus mobilized and played the teachers’working positivity and initiative maximum.Third, the building of teachers team construction about Central Martial Arts School, It has played an important role in promoting the development of wushu on modern China, whether of strengthening the outstanding talents’ cultivation, or promoting the construction of social martial examination system, or to promote the martial arts foreign spread and communication. It provided an important enlightenment for the development of later generations.
