With the deepening of Land and Resources Informatization \In recent years, the formation of the network service technology matures and grid services (Grid Services) system to solve geospatial information sharing and implementation of geographic information services (GIS Services) provides effective means. Geographic information sharing and interoperability technology, grid technology and land information management method combined with three selected based on the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) technology integration to grid technology-oriented management of land resources Land Resource Network Services model, and the model based on multi-level semantic grid framework of land resources, to achieve three divided by province, city and county land resources Semantic Grid prototype platform. The specific contents are as follows: 1, analysis of the current GIS integration with the grid technology in two ways. View of the traditional ways that build on the existing grid platform GIS functionality, design ideas, the unsuitability of the technical means employed to follow the standards, appropriate application scenarios in terms of the area of ??regional management, selected based on OGC technology integration to grid technology. The technical approach is currently in the country is limited to theoretical discussion, to try at home and abroad there is no practice in the field of land management and regional management. In this paper, in-depth analysis of the issues involved in the technical approach in the field of regional management. 2, to explore framework structure of geographic information services in the network environment and implementation techniques from a linguistic point of view, learn from OGC Web Services architecture and service-oriented architecture (SOA) reference architecture based on services through the development of land resources classification system proposed the land resources network service model for the management of land resources, focusing on analysis of the frame structure of the model, combined with geospatial open source project, gives the solution of the model. 3, from a semantic point of view to try to solve the problem of semantic heterogeneity of land resources. More in-depth study on information science body of theory and ontology engineering method based on hybrid body structure of land resources, ontology development and application of the general technical route, and by addressing three specific issues, the establishment of the ontology application of three modes. 4, on the basis of the land resources, network services model, proceed from the grid connotation of land resources, combined with grid theory and grid technologies, grid-based services, land resources, multi-level semantic platform is designed to study the system of the platform structure, hierarchical mode of grid services and grid node deployment strategy. 5, on the basis of these studies, build and deployment of land resources in accordance with the provincial, municipal, and county levels by the Semantic Grid platform, and after the test of the large amount of data, in practice trial. Studies have shown that the paper selected the OGC technology integration grid technology the right way; proposed for the management of land resources, land resources, network service model is feasible; framework of land resources, multi-level semantic grid practical; of land resources at the provincial, city and county levels by the Semantic Grid prototype platform, to achieve the desired goals. The proposed method provides a feasible new ways to improve land resource sharing and interoperability level.
