Study objective:This study is about the Jiangsu Polytechnic College of Agriculture and Forestry, Jiangsu Animal Husbandry & Veterinary College and oter 6 provincial forestry colleges of five-year students as the object , the statistical data on physical health test is about the students from grade one to grade five, the data is compared with the same period of the same age the high school college students, besides I investigated physical education curriculum, persons qualified to teach extracurricular sports activities organizations and independent exercise to investigate the situation of each schoolResearch methods: the law of documents and materials, test method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method.The research results:1.The respect of body pattern: the students’ height of Jiangsu Academy of agriculture and forestry specialty in 5 year vocational college has no significant difference with high school and university students; the boys gain of weight was significantly higher than that of the amplitude of high school and university students ( P < 0.05 ), five grade average weight is 65.56 kg, was significantly higher than that of the big two male ( P < 0.05 ); girls weight 5 years a small loss, and the high school, university students no significant difference. The boys overweight and obesity was significantly increased grow along with the age, and the boys on four or five grades ,the overweight and obesity in the proportion of the total 55.1%, 64.3%, higher than the fresh men ,and grade two college students respectively 5.18% ( P < 0.05 ), 9% ( P < 0.01 ); girls with age increasing malnutrition ratio increased significantly ( P < 0.05 ), male and female student body morphological evaluation was lower than high and university students.2.The respect of physical function: Jiangsu Academy of agriculture and forestry specialty in 5 year Higher Vocational Students’ mean spirometry and vital capacity and body mass index, has a increasing trend with the growth of grade one to grade three , it dropped when students was at grade four . average capacity and vital capacity weight of students on grade four and grade five were significantly lower than those in high school and university level students ( P < 0.05 ); boys / Girls 800m 1000m run run project, with the growth of the age of male and female students in the project results gradually reduce, the grades were below the high school and university level students, boys on grade five average failure rate was 10.32%, significantly higher than the boys on grade two about 7.37% ( P < 0.01 ), the avera failure rate of girls on grade five was 10.62%, significantly higher than the girl-students on grade two aabout (P < 0.01 ) 7.16%.3.The respect of physical fitness: the average scores of Jiangsu province aricultural specialty in 5 year Higher Vocational running 50 meters, compared with the high school and university students in each grade, it has no differ significantly, the project excellent rates and good rate is about 79.77% on grade one , grade four remained at a high level, the boys were higher than the girls,the explosive power of boys lower limb was overall good. The grip body mass index increased with age, according to the national standard for the evaluation of results in general, the achievements of boys was common , 45%-55% student ratings between good and pass .the achievements of girlstudents on grade one , 53.8 kg, grade five was 59.4 kilograms, increasede 5.6 kilograms, has a significant difference ( P < 0.05 ).4.Synthesized the evaluation result, Students’ physique health status of Jiangsu Academy of agriculture and forestry specialty in 5 year Higher Vocational College is not optimistic, the test of each grade, the sex of the total score is not ideal, the students’ vital capacity weight index, body mass index, middle distance scores were relatively low, particularly obvious downtrend of year after year, students’ heart and lung function in the fall, comprehensive evaluation result good percentage decreased year by year, the grade four and grade five decreased obviously. Gender comparison in general, girls are better than boys, especially in past three years , girls’score of grade three was 76.6, significantly higher than those boys of the same grade about 72.7 ( P < 0.05 ). Gender comparison, the score of boys on grade one and grade two is still maintained at a good level, the score of boys on grade three fell to 72.7 points, when boys on grade four ,it dropped to 71.8 points, it was 67.2 points when boys on grade five , has a significant difference ( P < 0.05 );when girls on grade four the score was dropped to 71.9 points, dropped to 65.4 points when they on grade five , it has significant difference ( P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1. Students’ vital capacity weight index, body mass index, middle distance scores were relatively low, particularly obvious downtrend of year after year, students’ heart and lung function decline, comprehensive evaluation result good percentage decreased year by year, the four or five grade decreased obviously. 2. Gender comparison in general, girls better than boys; gender comparison, boys comprehensive performance is still maintained at a good level of grade one or two, three or four, five grade girls decreased significantly; comprehensive score of four or five grades dropped significantly.3. The school exists generally students on Sports subjective ignored, lack of exercise, to the sports teaching attention and investment is lopsided, unreasonable curricula as well as sports venues, sports facilities, teachers with the soft hardware condition such as relatively weak phenomenon.
