Abstract


Zhang Zhongjing proposed an important principle in disease prevention theory in Jinkui Yaolve. He said"The wise doctors treat disease before it arises". Almost all the researchers after Zhang Zhongjing pay attention to this principle. The book Synopsis of Prescription of the Golden Chamber classical describes what is Disease Prevention Theory, and how to do this, also discusses the disease development and preach become law.Through the literature on this arrangement and Chinese medicine theory, this paper found that these and cure is not ill related problems of mostly without raising yishen guiding principle.The Yangshen theory is the highly generalization and summary of regimen of Jinkui Yaolve. Throughout the whole book of Jinkui Yaolve the idea is to preserve yangshen of the theoretical guidance. Combined with the overall concept of TCM, the viscera and channels as the foundation, through comprehensive recuperation, achieve psychosomatic conform to the nature, health, adapt society’s health mode.According to the book proposed method of yangshen,mainly is the maintenance in heavy spirit, cultivate the climate and adverse environment from abnormal violations, life, daily life have often stanza, and physical exercise, again do note to prevent accidental damage. Such, ability makes the gas of the five zang-organs yuan really energetic, and disease-resistant ability enhancement. Although simplicity, but in line with the objective practice in the society, but also suitable for different groups, such as can all depend on this deal with, since can strengthen help lengthen people’s lives.The theory of yangshen which is mentioned in the book Synopsis of Prescription of the Golden Chamber Includes four aspects. In addition to common health preservation methods discussed in the first is how to keep health.But In this study also discuss about how to avoid disease progression and how toavoid palindromia. This paper analyzes the four Modern common disease which mention in Jinkui Yaolve:Stroke, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes mellitus and coronary disease. Combined with the traditional and modern research related research inductive analysis.In view of the different diseases establish theory system, according to the relevant content arrangement, further solidify the relation between them. To establish the good people of different lifestyles, healthy personality to help people keep health. To improve the quality of people’s lives and health level, the purpose of the body to delay aging.
