OBJECTIVE:Hypomenorrhea is a common disease in gynecology,it has always merged with Longer menstrual interval.If not timely medical treatment,it will develop for amenorrhea or infertility.With the improvement of clinical diagnostic techniques and the recognizition of hypomenorrhea.most cases can be diagnosed before menopause,for clinical drug hypomenorrhea to create the conditions.The main method of Western medicine is a hormone therapy treatment.But the traditional Chinese medicine treatmen therapy of this disease,not only reduced the application of hormone,but also make the patient to remove the stress brought about by psychological distress,while making maximum physiological function has been preserved and can effectively improve the amount of menstruation,color,quality,so more and more attention and trust.This paper,through a large number of documents,comparison of clinical medical observation,analysis,to observe the decoction of Chinese medicine treatment of liver and kidney tonic hypomenorrhea of clinical efficacy,and summarize a common cause,frequently-occurring disease due to hypomenorrhea.METHODS:Select compliant 30 cases of standard liver and kidney insufficiency hypomenorrhea in patients with liver and kidney of TCM-based,application Kidney and liver oral treatment of 3 courses of soup,and make comparison before and after treatment to observe the clinical effect.RESULT:2 cases of clinical recovery,marked in 20 cases,effective in 6 cases,Invalid in 2 cases,the total effective rate 93.33%. Menstrual flow increased significantly and Clinical symptoms were significantly improved.CONLUSION:The diagnosis and treatment by Chinese medicine to nourish ZibuGanshen,promoting blood circulation to regulate menstruation for the treatment of the principle,the use of Kidney and Liver Decoction liver-kidney hypomenorrhea,hormone treatment of the disease can reduce the adverse reactions to the patient and psychological stress,and the effect is reliable in clinical practice.
