Abstract


ERP (enterprise resource planning) system is an important tool of realizing enterprise information management, it is playing an more important role in the national economy and People’s Daily life. However, enterprise ERP system is also facing such an embarrassing situation, a large number of manpower resources development system doesn’t reach the expected effect in the actual operation. There are many reasons, one of the important reasons is that the design of ERP system do not accord with the employees’habits,preferences and requirements.it brings about that employee does not accept new management mode soon and sometimes it even influences the original work efficiency.All of these reasons make the implementation of ERP system meets resistance. In this passage, according to the experience and the feelings of the enterprise practice of myself, baseing on the utilize personalized, graphical, intelligent, automated method,I design and construct the new ERP system from two aspects of hardware and software.this system is people-oriented ,and strive to make them comply with user’s habits, preferences and requirements, so the users accept ERP management mode more easily and actively and then promote the enterprise ERP implementation from the bottom up.The first chapter illustrates the sources of the thesis project, analyzes the ERP and humanized design of the situation and prospect clearly, and gives this paper’s framework on the basis of the reach content.The second chapter subject provides theory basis for the whole, it also expounds the concept and guiding ideology of ERP humanized design, and introduces the correlation realization technology.The main part of the thesis is around this center, gives the introductions from technical angle to concrete realization of this concept description.The third chapter presents system construction related hardware equipment, explains overall layout structure of the system. The details of equipment and the circuit design and driver development are also described.The forth chapter mainly introduce several arithmetic used in system,and prepare for the quote in infra.The firth chapter designs and constructs a basic human ERP system, thus gives examples to illustrate humanized design concept of ERP. The system includes supply chain management, production management, human resources management and after-sales service. Through the analysis on these four modules integration achieve overall system construction. The sixth chapter of this article mainly summarized the work, and puts forward prospect of the future.
