Abstract


Highway settlement has not been rigorously calculation and control, occurs shortly after the completion of pavement cracking, the bridgehead wrong Taiwan and other phenomena, this is not only a threat to the security of transportation, but also resulted in the waste of manpower and material resources. This paper focuses on the Embankment on Soft Ground Settlement Prediction and calculation of the core issues launched following research: (1) embankment settlement prediction model, Forecasting Method. Error Analysis and comparison, the growth curve model is introduced into the embankment settlement under the multi-level load forecasts. Secondly, taking into account the effect of the presence of soft soil rheology, included in the soft soil of secondary compression empirical formula; (2) finite element method for settlement calculation of practical research. Not triaxial test for general road works subject to settlement finite element method, according to the routine testing of soil tangent modulus of the method for determining the correction factor, but also made of sandy soil and viscous soil are applicable to the tangent Poisson's ratio approximate alternative formula; (3) based on improved BP network Duncan-Chang model parameters Correction.
