Abstract


Built-In-Test, BIT for short, is a pivotal technic that is apllied to improve mensurability of the circuit system to enhance reliability of the system and reduce expenses of maintenance. It carries out fault diagnosis by the adds-on software and hardware in the system.Characteristics of modern world and modern warfare request armaments to not only have advanced tactics capability,but also have upstanding mensurability. As there are more and more request about mensurability of the warfares,which request themselves to have the ability of testing to shorten maintain time. So BIT has a more and more important position in study of mensurability and becomes an important study content in the field of mensurability.This paper takes a certain computer system on laser bomb as investigation object,and divides the system into three modules , kernel processor unit , bus equipment interface unit , signal equipment interface unit . Detailed analysis has been maken to each module, and employ the surrounding BIT technic to design the input and output interface of the system, RS-422 interface, A/D and D/A interface, and implement it through the software and hardware design. In order to make the system simpler and more convenient, two radio modules have been designed in the paper, base on the CC2430. Two radio modules connect to the computer system on bomb and the main computer through serial interface respectively, making that the BIT results could be send to the main computer by radio. It is validated that the computer system on bomb with BIT function designed in the paper can identify RS-422 interface fault, A/D and D/A interface fault, and can identify several faults which take place at the same time, the system testing is convenient, quick and exact. The design is universal, which can be used to guide the BIT design of other computer systems on bomb or on plane.
