The obvious trend is the counter-terrorism legislation increasingly detached from the criminal law, anti-terrorism means of transcending the criminal area, showing the criminal legislation, financial control, a three-pronged approach of state government policy. Conducting trend analysis of various aspects of this paper expresses the views of the various trends. In view of the above analysis, the Chapter made from a more in-depth perspective of the lessons we can from the British anti-terrorist criminal policy and matters worthy of attention. While treatment of terrorism should consider the various factors Law system thinking can not give up the principle of criminal law and philosophy also can not be shelved. The diversification of the means of the criminal law to combat crime, terrorist crimes strikes some can be incorporated into the types of penalties. Terrorist crimes have been implemented, the means of attack can be incorporated into the penalty means; preparatory acts is not the implementation of the basic principles of the penalty, according to the criminal law on the issue of terrorism threat, should also be excluded from the bill specification object; certain financial means can the prevention of terrorism, crime, and should draw on the experience of the general crime prevention, the implementation of multi-sectoral cooperation in a comprehensive way to deepen; property punishment.
