Abstract


Along with China 's reform and opening , the new social groups - migrant workers had , they are China vulnerable groups in society , in the traditional urban-rural dual structure , although the institutional setting for farmers , but they are already differentiated from the farmers out , to varying degrees, into urban society , and for urban construction and economic development make a significant contribution, but because of its weak legal consciousness and our legal system is imperfect , resulting in the current wage arrears for migrant rural workers and farmers of all kinds against wages and various violations of labor rights and interests of migrant workers legal problems are acute , serious problems with the harmonious development of society . Migrant workers in China's socialist market economy under the conditions of the special body appears , is a social problem of migrant workers is a hot issue long-term concern . How to safeguard the legitimate rights and labor rights of migrant workers , is worth pondering . In order to better safeguard the legitimate rights and labor rights of migrant workers , the paper through the employment situation of migrant workers in-depth analysis and study of its deep-seated reasons , and thus protect the labor rights of migrant workers proposed countermeasures : It should improve the relevant legislation , emphasis on law enforcement ; simplify labor dispute handling procedures ; focused vocational training for migrant workers , improve their vocational skills and legal awareness , strengthen their organizational ; sound social security system .
