Abstract


Freedom of the press , freedom of the press is also called , is recognized following the executive, legislative and judicial powers after the \Because, it is in the United States Supreme Court Justice Potter Shi Tiwa that \That is why, press freedom and freedom of expression with a clear distinction. Difference is that the \prevent the abuse of government power , so \Is a constitutional right to freedom of the press and news media gives citizens a fundamental right , but the exercise of this right must be limited and must be within the scope permitted by law , to prevent abuse of the right . This paper discussed the theoretical basis of the right to freedom of the press , examine its practice based on the legal protection of the right to freedom of press protection legislation put forward their own proposals for its improvement of relevant legislation to make their own contribution .
