Abstract


With the accelerated pace of urban old city transformation as well as a significant public infrastructure construction , housing levy has become the focus of attention , which, given the collection of compensation related to the vital interests of the expropriated Therefore, it is necessary to form a set of improved housing levy compensation system system to be imposed to protect human entity . Remarkable is January 21, 2011 , \This will be based on the current \This addition to the introduction and conclusion , the text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter , state-owned land on the housing levy and nature of compensation related concepts defined. Chapter II , China's state-owned land on the housing levy Compensation System. Which will be elaborated through six parts , namely: the principle of compensation for expropriation , compensation for expropriation subject, the scope of compensation , compensation, compensation standards, compensation procedure . Through this part of the talk, expropriation compensation system today will have a deeper understanding . Chapter III , China's state-owned land on the housing levy compensation system defects. This chapter will compensate its scope , compensation and compensation procedure to make a brief analysis of the defects , and leads to the next chapter to solve the problem.
