Abstract


Recently , the list company managers are enjoying firm income , but there are some problems noticeable . The problems are as follows: some managers are excellent , the others are bad , but they all enjoy firm income ; the list company managers pays are going up , but firm profits are going down ; some good company managers maybe don’t enjoy firm income, but other bad company managers enjoy larger firm income ; employees have reproaches about company managers enjoying firm income . So , researching the list company managers enjoying firm income is very important to theory and realism.There are a few key questions for discussing company manager enjoying firm income: why can company managers enjoy firm income? what kind of company managers may enjoy firm income in the list companies in our country ? where is mechanism shortage of managers enjoying firm income in our country ? are our company profits increasing when managers enjoy firm income ? how to improve mechanism of company managers enjoying income well?Some fruits are produced by theory , number mode and demonstration in the paper , there are as follows:Firstly, why company managers enjoy firm income is management sparsity. Company managers enjoying firm income is belong to corporate governance. There are a few theories about managers enjoying firm income . Of the theories , the modern firm theory has the largest influence. It is discovered that three elements of controlling , asset specificity and important resource decide arrangement of claim to residue , and there will be three conflicts between asset specificity and controlling , controlling and facts , and asset specificity and facts . So I think asset sparsity is a element that decide arrangement of claim to residue . Why company managers enjoy firm income is that management ability is the same sparse as or sparser than capital. How much company managers enjoy firm income delays playing chess between managers and capital.Secondly , review status of the list company managers enjoying firm income in transition economy in our country. The list company managers enjoying firm income is an outcome of practice , theories and policies. The managers pays are increasing by enjoying firm income in the state owned companies , maybe only increasing pays by year can keep better benefit of companies, otherwise The managers pays are fit to achievement in private owned companies . Fourthly , I propose some countermeasures for company manager enjoying firm income . They will help to improve system of enjoying income . Fresh and originality in the paper are strived , as follows: First , the theories about manager enjoying firm income are abundance , I propose that asset sparsity is the cause of company managers enjoying income by discussing capital and managers changes and roles in the history .Second , enterpriser ability is given in firm theory , but in reality some managers are excellent and others are bad in our country ,only fitting company managers can enjoy income according to that asset sparsity is the cause of company manager enjoying income . and I discuss mechanism of the list company managers enjoying firm incomeThird , good effects of managers enjoying firm income include transverse section and longitudinal time .In the past, the demonstration about between managers pays and achievements collect continuing three years data or only one year data of companies by regression . This is in fact comparing variables relations about differing companies on transverse section and there is no comparing variables relations in longitudinal time . In my paper I collect continual six years data to review that managers pay increasing and stock change can or not bring achievement of companies improving year by year across paired- T that is not used in papers in our country except regression .Fourth , the list company managers enjoying firm income is noticeable to public and workers in our country , but nearly no papers discuss the questions . I discuss the questions to help the theory of company managers enjoying income in our country and correct the false view by exoterica and demonstration .
