Abstract


Independent set of higher vocational and technical teacher education (hereinafter referred to as the independent set Vocational and Technical Teachers) Colleges of the College is between higher vocational and technical education institutions and the middle ground of a class of universities, which have played an important role in the training of teachers of vocational education. With the popularization of higher education in the 21st century intensification of such institutions has been in a position of being marginalized. At present. Countries are vigorously develop vocational education, as teacher training in vocational education has a unique advantage of the independent set Vocational and Technical Teachers College, should conform to this trend, bold exploration, innovation, break through the bottleneck of school development, from the times and the international to reflect a high degree of competition and building an independent set Vocational and Technical Teachers College faculty.This paper took higher colleges of vocation and technology as study object and elaborated the necessary of intensifying construction of teaching staff, combining with the significant position of current vocational education. Then, it pointed out the social position, development principles, objectives and the requirement on teachers of those colleges, so as to make deep systematic analysis and research on the current situation of eight colleges in generally. By comparison, we can get great inspiration from advanced experience and practice in construction of teaching staff in developed countries. In the end, on the basis of much discussion, Measures of constructing teaching staff independent establishing higher colleges of vocation and technology, were brought forward systematically, according to personal understanding.
