The face of these complex issues , a single method is difficult to make an accurate evaluation , this paper, the quantitative evaluation and qualitative analysis , Qian Xuesen proposed to solve complex problems from qualitative to quantitative integrated methodology for guiding research . Because there are no specialized uniform standards for the evaluation of university teacher education technology ability , therefore this paper at home and abroad standard premise , first build a set of the teachers basic theory and knowledge , the ability to apply technology , research and innovation , technology exchanges and four aspects of social responsibility based evaluation system for the Yunnan University educational technology ability , on the one hand , allows teachers to understand their own educational technology ability , the purpose of improvement ; assessment for schools on the other hand provides the evaluation basis . Secondly , through the issuance of questionnaires , the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principles and algorithms for data processing .
