Abstract


Employment is the Basic Thing. College students are the country’s future.College students employment is the important issue of a nation’s economic development, so more and more economists and governments concerned about the issue. With our country’s economic development, industrial structure adjustment and continuous expansion of higher education, there are more and more university graduates and employment situation is more and more severe.Domestic scholars have conducted in-depth study about it, but mostly terms of total volume of, the institutional point of view.Fews from the perspective of industrial restructuring, This article is study from the perspective of industrial restructuring and the relationship between the employment of university students in depth, And for improving the employment rate of university students, bring forward the corresponding strategy。This article study from industrial structure and employment structure’s development status of the reform and opening up China. Analysis the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure, and the relationship between industrial structure adjustment and employment. Use the Western theory of structural unemployment and other theories, on the basis of the history of statistics and survey data. In-depth analysis of the current changes in industrial structure of China, International comparison of industrial structure, and comparison of the change about structure of industrial and employment. Analysis the status of structure of industrial and employment are incompatible, and the social benefits of it. Analysis the status of the employment of Chinese university students, reasons and the effect of industrial.By analyzing the history of industrial structure in United States, find the direction of China’s industrial structure adjustment, With the relationship between industrial structure and higher education, From the employment point of view, put forward the recommendations about industrial structure adjustment of China. And higher education how to fit the future development of the industrial structure. Give suggestions about employment of university students.This article put the industrial structure adjustment as the root cause for employment of university students’solution, and useful to solve the problem of university students’employment in both theory and practice.
