In this paper, based on the research study on the quality of teachers , teacher quality , structure , and teachers' professional qualities and rural quality of teachers . Investigation by a county in rural areas, the quality of secondary school teachers , come to a county in rural areas existing quality status of secondary school teachers in rural areas , so as to put forward the recommendations of the rural areas of teacher training . This article consists of five large part , mainly in the first part of the study the origin and significance of this study and the purpose of this paper, the main research methods at home and abroad about the quality of teachers , the structure of the quality of teachers , teachers' professional qualities and home and abroad, such as the quality of teachers in rural areas of research are reviewed and summarized analysis on this basis , and raised the lack of existing research , the theoretical basis of this study , including the theoretical basis theoretical definition and theoretical basis two parts. Concept defined in five concept , including the quality of rural , urban and rural differences in the quality of teachers , and secondary school teachers in rural areas , the theory mainly include : the composition of the quality of teachers , teacher training , teachers titles and teachers flows four theoretical . The second part of this article is mainly questionnaires were analyzed , in questionnaire analysis consists of two parts : First, the analysis of samples , and the second is an analysis of the questionnaire . The third part of the article describes the reason for the status of the quality of teachers in rural areas : mainly discussed from both macro and micro . Questionnaire , the fourth part of a strategy to improve the quality of teachers : Normal College Graduates are encouraged to employment in rural secondary schools , reform and job classification method , improved teacher training , to improve the treatment of teachers to strengthen teachers' moral cultivation , carried out physical and psychological health of the flow between rural teachers and urban teachers and concerns of teachers .
