Abstract


Since reform and opening , China's gradually formed a public ownership is dominant and diverse forms of ownership developing forms of ownership. With the development of market economy and improvement of the system of ownership in other countries showing different characteristics, different ownership within the wage determination mechanism is also different. This article is within the department in different ownership exist obvious differences in labor income as the background, from the micro-data to proceed , through the analysis of different ownership sector wages to laborers determinants to explore different forms of ownership within the department of labor and wage determination mechanisms China's labor market developments. In this paper, based on the theory of human capital through education departments explore different ownership yield different educational levels to define the degree of influence on wage income . This article uses the 2006 CHNS data on the subject of income and micro factors affecting revenues statistical analysis will investigate the receipt of workers in accordance with ownership divided into three categories: the state sector , collective sector , the private sector and the sector workers are divided into three stages according to age : 35 years old, 35-44 years old, 45 years old and above. The reason for the age classification : Due to different age workers to enter the workplace in different ways, so different age level of education of workers reflected in wages will be different , through the workers by age classification can be separately comparison, more targeted. The introduction of gender , residence and other control variables , we use the extended Mincer earnings function model, the three departments , three workers ages OLS regression , respectively . The results showed that: the state sector workers return to education is higher than the other two sectors , compared to three age we can see younger and larger yields higher education workers , while in the middle ages segment of workers is very low returns to education .
